🩺 Instructions for Use (two-step method):
- Identify the spermatic cord under the skin of the scrotum
- Place and lock the cord between the jaws of the pliers for 5 minutes
- Repeat 1 cm lower on the same cord
- Perform the same operation on the second cord (never simultaneously)
⚠️ Important: Never crush both cords at the same time to preserve the blood supply to the scrotum and avoid any risk of gangrene.
